REQUIREMENTS:
Four Credits in WASC/NECO/GCE including English Language in not more than two sittings.
OR
Grade II Teachers Certificate with at least a merit.
- Complete 60 credit hours with a minimum CGPA of 4
- Fulfill field Practicum requirement
- Evidence of Christian Character
- Complete the programme in two and not more than three years. Failure to complete in three years requires an application for extension for another one year

SYLLABUS:
The Greek alphabet and orthography, present and imperfect active verbs, first and second declension nouns, the noun case system, prepositions, basic vocabulary and syntax.
Definition of West African Traditional Religion. Basic beliefs about the Supreme Being, divinities, spirits, mankind, ancestors, magic and medicine, and the hereafter.
Definition and task of Philosophy of Religion; religious language and its problems; arguments against religion; some of the theistic arguments, theodicy.

Ethics from the Christian perspective; the ethical teachings of Jesus, Paul and other New Testament writers: the relation of these NT principles to contemporary ethical issues, possible areas of influence on the Christian faith.
Biblical revelation, God, man and the problem of Sin, the Person of Jesus Christ, Salvation. The Holy Spirit, Justification and Regeneration, The Christian Church, Second Advent of Christ, the final Resurrection, Judgement and consummation of the age.
Students examine a basic framework for understanding the role and functions of management and an explanation for the principles, concepts and techniques that can be used in carrying out these functions. Topics include planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling, as well as decision-making and managing change.
Defining a suitable topic for theological Research, library resources in theological studies, use of surveys and questionnaires. Organizing the materials. Proper style, including bibliography and footnoting.
